Our founder, Bob Walker, is a career marketing insights expert. He began at Chesebrough-Pond's in the Strategic Market Development Group, and progressed at Nestle Foods, Richardson-Vicks, and James River. Over his career, his responsibilities have included all aspects of the marketing research and insights function, on both the corporate and research supplier side.
Bob is expert in all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research design, with exceptional strengths in market assessment, attitudinal research, segmentation, idea/concept screening, product testing, brand positioning, communications research, and customer satisfaction. On a personal note, Bob hails from the beautiful seacoast town of Hampton Falls, NH. He holds a BA in social and experimental psychology (University of Connecticut), and an MBA in Marketing from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics (University of New Hampshire). He is an active member of the Advertising Research Foundation, the American Statistical Association, and is a member of the Market Research Council. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, most recently in the Journal of Advertising Research (JAR).
